1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Footwear should be returned in the original packaging and must not show signs of wear.
- Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance items are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to Your Account: Visit our website and log into your UrbanHunk account.
- Go to ‘Order History’: Select the order you wish to return.
- Request a Return: Click on the ‘Return’ option and fill out the return form, indicating the reason for your return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Include all tags, labels, and the return slip.
- Ship the Package: Use the shipping label provided by us to send the package back. Please ensure to retain a copy of the tracking number for reference.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
- We will process your refund for the original item once it is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance items are non-refundable.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
